I created this card for the September challenge over at Hero Arts - A Stamp for All Seasons. I adapted the Newspaper Tulips stamp to a Halloween theme. I white embossed the flowers on black cardstock twice. I then cut out three of the tulips and using sookwang tape covered them with various colours of glitter and pop dotted them so they would stand out from the other flowers. The sentiment is also HA - LL775 from the Days to Celebrate set.
Added some twine, rhinestones and pearls.
